Because following a course at an Alliance is also about discovering the richness of French-speaking cultures.

We had the pleasure of welcoming the author-illustrator Laurent Audouin on November 10th at the Alliance Française in The Hague.

To the delight of the children in the class run by Pauline Tournou, our children’s and teenagers’ coordinator, he first took part in the class for 6-8 years old to lead a workshop on his Indian ink illustrations.

He then continued with Florian’s class for 9-12 years old.

At the end of these workshops, we were able to organise, in partnership with the Accueil de la Haye and the Stanza bookshop, a signing session with the author/illustrator to the great pleasure of the children and their parents 😊.
